Frequently asked questions
Is Vibe2Plan a whiteboard, or is it real project-management software?
Both, deliberately fused. A task card on the canvas and a task in a list view are the same record — ticket ID, status, assignee, and due date live on the task itself, and the board only stores where its card sits. Move it, rename it, or check it off from either surface and the other stays in sync. Status is exactly four values — To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done — no custom workflow sprawl.
What's in the free plan, and do I need a credit card?
No credit card to register. The Free plan includes up to 10 boards and 10 AI assistant runs and 10 AI image generations per month. Premium ($12/mo) raises that to 50 boards / 50 runs / 100 images; Unlimited ($29/mo) removes the caps entirely.
Is there a limit on team size?
No. Invite as many teammates as you want to a project by email — there's no seat cap. Plan limits are about your own usage (boards you've created, AI generations per month), not how many people you collaborate with.
How does real-time collaboration actually work?
Every board is a live room: you see teammates' cursors moving as they work, “X is on this now” badges appear on cards someone has open, and every persisted change — a moved card, a new comment, a status flip — pushes to everyone else in the room the moment it's saved, with an activity feed logging who did what.
Can I migrate from Jira or Trello?
There's no one-click importer yet. In practice, most teams don't need one: describe your next sprint to the built-in AI assistant (“set up a board for a 2-week sprint with these 12 tickets…”) and it lays out the columns and task cards for you in seconds.
How do I sign in — do you support Google or single sign-on?
Email and password only, for now (bcrypt-hashed, no third-party OAuth). Teammates you invite get an email link that lets them accept and set a password in one step, so there's no separate SSO setup required to get a project going.
